Nearly 40% of customer contact was occurring during the first 8 days after switching. So to improve the onboarding journey for Green Network Energy customers, the Marketing Strategists and I as Content Designer strategized an email campaign. To help reduce customer contact and promote self-service, we centred around the introduction of the online account, help centre and refer a friend scheme. I was in charge of the tone & style of the email, including the content and hero image.
